All Levels Flow

Classes range from gentle to intensive. What they have in common is the foundation of vinyasa: Connecting the breath to movement, and finding a repetitious flow. We can go strong or take a lighter approach. It's your body, it's your flow.

 Deep Stretch

Deep Stretch is an active or passive practice focusing on longer holds and elongating stretches. While props are not required for this tension releaser, the addition of props can aid in increasing flexibility or as a healing modality. 


Mindfulness & Mobility

Our focus is reconnecting with ourselves in the moment. What do our joints need? What does our mind need? We use this time to create a smoother range of motion within the body making those daily tasks more mangeable
